According to Prof Kithure Kindiki, the orchestrators of violent demonstrations were allegedly acting upon the instructions of politicians associated with Azimio leader Raila Odinga.
Additionally, Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa demanded for the arrest of Raila and cautioned that lawmakers who oppose the weekly protests will mobilize their supporters to safeguard themselves and their businesses against demonstrators.
