Hon. Kabando Wa Kabando has said that the new proposed bill by Homa Bay member of parliament Hon George Peter Kaluma to permit graft suspects to occupy and run for public office is a setback to war on corruption.
According to him the former prime minister Hon Raila Odinga should and ODM leaders should comment on the new proposed controversial bill by Peter Kaluma.
