It was glamour and colour when Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s son Kelvin Muasya ti*d the knot with Machakos County CEC for Trade, Tourism, Industry and Innovation, Sharon Nthoki.
The two lovebirds were wedded in a glam**ous traditional wedding attended by notable leaders including Azimio la Umoja – One Kenya supremo Raila Odinga in Maanzoni, Machakos county.
In the event fi*led with colour and elegance, the bride was dressed in a beautiful emerald green gown with baby pink and black sequin.
The groom on the other hand was dressed in an emerald green dashiki with beige details on the neckline and pocket lining.
The bridesmaids were dressed in brown sequin dresses with soft glam makeup and accessories to match, whereas the groomsmen were dressed in brown suits and hats to match.
The wedding attendees graced the event in a variety of attire ranging between casual, semi-casual and official outfits.
Applauding his son for finding his ‘rib’ and ‘helper’, Kalonzo wished his child a happy marriage and thanked him for inviting him to witness his wedding.
“Genesis 2:18 reads, “Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I wi*l make him a helper fit for him.” Today, my son Muasya marri*d his ‘rib’ and God’s appointed helper, Nthoki.
“Thank you for allowing us to partake in your wonderful day and may your love grow stronger with every pa*sing year,” Kalonzo said.
The Azimio la Umoja – One Kenya coalition co-principal also expressed grat*tude to leaders who attended the ceremony.
“Asante sana Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Party Leader Raila Odinga for joining us and sharing a beautiful message. Thank you Eugene Wamalwa and Jubilee Party SG HonKioni for making the time to share this special day with my family,” he added.
Other notable attendees at the wedding included Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti, Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo, Minority Leader Opiyo Wandayi, Muasya’s brother Kennedy Musyoka, former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and other county leaders.
