Kenyans on Facebook have reacted after what was spotted written in Wetangula’s cap. Several politicians in the country have been given nicknames by their supporters and even their colleagues.
According to reports “Papa wa Roma” is a nickname given to Moses Wetangula, the Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya. The name has been used by many Kenyans and even some of the politicians. The speaker himself has also acknowledged the name probably implying that he is comfortable with it.
The nickname means “father of Rome” and it implies that Wetangula has a lot of power and authority, like the Pope. The nickname was coined by his supporters.
