Nuru Malebo Okanga is a Kenyan vocal youth, he is allied to the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance coalition and he is considered as the number one supporter of Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Amollo Odinga. He has gained popularity in Kenyan’s political space and he is considering taking a dig into politics in 2027 when he will be running for the Gholera ward member of county assembly.
Nuru Okanga is a close friend of Roots party leader George Luchiri Wajackoyah who vied for the presidential seat last year on August and managed to finish number three after William Ruto and Raila Amollo Odinga respectively. Wajackoyah has extend a generous hand to Okanga before, he had gifted him a cow during his home coming ceremony in Gholera ward.
Nuru Okanga has again received gifts from George Wajackoyah, he has been gifted a solar and a battery. The solar costs Ksh.30,000 and the battery goes at Ksh.25,000. He has praised Wajackoyah for standing with him, when he visited his home, he saw that they have electricity problem and he decided to buy the solar for him.
