After relentlessly and publicly searching for a wife with no luck, Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has decided to shift gears.
He’s now on the lookout for a Gen Z house girl, confessing that he’s had enough of meals cooked by his bros.
The lawmaker revealed that the men who have been preparing his meals are not meeting his expectations, and he is now keen on hiring a Gen Z girl to take over the role.
“Nimechoka kupikiwa ugali na sukuma kila siku na hawa wanaume wenzangu. Am now for the first time looking for msichana wa kazi… am serious(sic),” he stated.
He also explained that the men currently doing his laundry are not delivering, leaving his clothes looking dirty and tacky.
According to the MP, this will be the first time he hires a w***n to manage his household.
“Sijawai andika msichana was kazi lakini sasa sipendi chakula mnanipikia, data ngu hamfui vizuri. Nataka nikule chakula cha msichana was kazi,” he added.
Salasya specified that he is looking for a young w***n who knows how to cook.
“Akue tu Gen Z na anajua kupika,” he said.
Salasya unlucky in romamce
The Nairobi dating pool has proven to be unaccommodating to Salasya who has been on a long search for his other half.
After famously declaring his interest in content creator Azziad Nasenya back in 2022 only to be politely shown the door, and more recently, shooting his s**t at Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe only to be met with a solid “no,” the saga continues for the romantically unfortunate fella.
Along the way, some bold women openly pursued him, but in a twist, the MP turned them down. Cue Otile Brown’s ‘Alivyonipenda’ (Saa zingine anayekupenda humpendi).
The MP recently revealed the reason why he has not found the one. He said his wish is to marry a busy and submissive w***n who according to him is not in the waters he is fishing in.
He explained that it’s challenging for him to find a wife because Nairobi women often prefer city life, whereas he wants someone who can stay at home in the village.
He mentioned that someone advised him to marry a teacher or banker, as their busy schedules would prevent them from causing stress.
“Shida ya wife na hii ni lazima wasichana waelewe Biblia inasema submissive. It’s Biblical it’s spiritual you should be submissive,” Salasya shared.
Adding;
“It’s a very difficult thing for me to marry kwa sababu madem wa siku hizi wanataka kukaa na wewe Nairobi na mimi nataka akae ushago. Mtu alikuwa ananiadvise nipate mwalimu ama banker. Mtu mwenye ako busy asiniletee stress.”
