His excellency the president of the republic of Kenya honourable William Samoei Arap Ruto was born in 1964 in Kamagut village, Soy constituency Uasin Gishu county in the former Rift Valley province. Since he entered in to politics, his political bid seems to shine throughout and he have never lost any elective positions.
In attempt to reduce the wage bill, his excellency the president have instructed the salary and remuneration commission led by Mengich to do job evaluation to all civil servants to harmonize salary. “I have realized that there are some civil servants earning more than the president hence make me wondering the kind of job they do.” He stated.
This have raised mixed reactions online with most netizens urging the president to lower down the cost of living and focus on development rather than paying salaries for civil servants.
