News just in indicates that the head of state President William Ruto has now moved to tame underperforming Cabinet Secretaries in his administration as details out what will happen tomorrow at Statehouse.
According to the information shared by Statehouse Press Secretary Emmanuel Talam, the head of state is set to oversee the signing of performance contracts by his cabinet Secretaries.
The event is scheduled to take place from 8am at Statehouse, Nairobi.
This move means that the Cabinet Secretaries will be examined by their achievements based on their performance according to the performance contracts.
This moves comes only few days after the head of state capped the number of travels by members of his cabinet to outside country to 45 per year.
The head of state had ordered that no member of his cabinet will be allowed to be out of the country for more than 7 days in a row while capping the number of foreign trips by members of his cabinet to 45 per year.
Tomorrow is Tuesday when the President normally chairs the weekly Cabinet meetings.
