President William Ruto’s government has deployed anti-riot police officers in Eldoret as residents cry, others sit down, others kneel down in an emotional demo seeking for the refund of their money from overseas scholarship programme which has now faced backlash from the residents.

In an emotional video shared by Standard Digital, the angry residents others sat down in the middle of the road crying while carrying placards which was demanding for the refund of their money. Others carried twigs and tree branches in the peaceful protest.
