Drama ensued when a popular Cabinet Secretary working under the leadership of President William Ruto ordered for a chopper to pick him up and fly him to a distance barely 1km away while abandoning convoy of cars that had lined up to pick him up for the event.
According to the information shared, the CS who has been described to be in love with publicity, ordered a pilot to pick him up and fly him to the next venue of the event which was barely 1km away.
It is reported that this was happening when there were available convoy of luxurious cars which had lined up to take him to the next venue of his meeting. The distance is reported to be only a walking distance.
The pilot is said to have not taken the order in good faith as he was annoyed but he had no choice but to fly the CS to his meeting.
The name of the CS was however not revealed due to the sensitivity of the matter.
