The immediate retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta was known to be a polite politician but once angry, he could spill out harsh and daring threats. He served Kenya for two terms as per the 2010 Kenyan Constitution that allows one to serve for only two terms. He was elected in the office for his first term during the 2013 general elections and subsequently re-elected again for his second and last term during the hotly contested 2017 general elections through the then ruling Jubilee Coalition Party in both occasions.
President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto’s close ally has opened up on the chilling phone call he received from an angry president Uhuru. According to Citizen TV News Kenya, Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of ICT Dennis Itumbi recalled that one morning he received a call from the former Head of State go giving him stern warning. According to him he said that the president told him that he is going to crush him. Whether the information is true or false, only God knows.
