The Kenya Wildlife Service has issued a notice informing Kenyans that the recruitment centre for rangers has been moved from the Nyayo Stadium.
The wildlife agency said new rangers will be recruited at the Kenya Utalii College-Sports Ground.
“Change of Recruitment Centre: KWS wishes to bring to the attention of the public the change in the recruitment centre for Nairobi County from Nyayo Stadium to Kenya Utalii College-Sports Ground KWSRangersRecruitment #TunzaMaliYako,” a statement shared by KWS read in parts.

KWS additionally stated that the recruitment exercise will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, the agency added that other details in the earlier advert remain unchanged.
Requirements
Interested candidates are required to carry their national identity cards or passports to prove of citizenship when they avail themselves at the Utalii College.
Similarly, candidates are required to have a minimum of D plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
Additionally, KWS said interested applicants must be under 26 years old, fit and be non-felonies.

So far, the wildlife service has undertaken recruitment exercises in Lamu, Marsabit, Isiolo, Embu, Kitu, Machakos, Turkana, West Pokot, Samburu, Nandi, Migori and Kisii counties.
