Wahome Thuku, a lawyer and Kenya Kwanza critic has alleged that Martha Karua is sabotaging the ongoing dialogue between the Government and the opposition. The lawyer argued that the NARC Kenya leader is rooting for the removal of Isabel Githinji and replacing her with Lynn Ngigu for her own strategic reasons.
He went ahead and asserted that Karua is keen on preparing herself for the 2027 General elections by assembling her campaign team. Wahome added that the NARC leader hopes that the talks led by Ichung’wa and Kalonzo will form her basis for her campaign.
“Martha Karua is technically sabotaging the bipartisan talks. She has initiated the removal of Isabel Githinji from the Technical Team and purported to replace her with Lynn Ngigu, for personal reasons,” Wahome Thuku stated
“She has done that because she is assembling her own campaign team and strategy to take on Ruto and Kalonzo Musyoka 2027. And she hopes that these talks form her ground. And Musyoka is naively playing to her game,” he added.
Wahome Thuku further warned Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka against signing any document without scrutiny.
“To Kalonzo, watch out where you put your signatures, you don’t know what harm will come your way,” said Thuku
