The bill comes in line with Ruto’s plan of allocating funds to counties in order to ensure smooth running of activities without interference.

The move as well comes days after he signed the controversial finance bill which Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition is against.

Speaking days ago, the coalition revealed their will embark on a non stop anti-government demonstrations as well follow a civil disobedience move that the former prime minister Raila Odinga launched.

Apparently, President William Ruto’s move of signing the bill into the law is a good move towards promoting devolution where counties won’t strain in finding their activities.
