JUST IN: Bad News to Civil Servants As Ruto Makes A Major Changes On Gov’t Wages Bill.

President William Ruto’s drastic reforms may lead to the dismissal of government employees. The president demanded today at the Statehouse during the swearing-in of PSs that the wage bill be cut to 35 percent or less. He has stated that 11% of the 46% of salaried government workers will be compelled to resign.

Additionally, President Ruto has promised to ensure that the least wealthy officials are paid fairly. This urges those who work for the government but lack all the required paperwork to get ready to cede.

President Ruto wants to ensure that the Kenyan public service is filled with informed experts in order for it to be effective. But given the circumstances, we must wait and see how things develop in the public sphere.
