In a video posted online Gachagua revived his attacks on ex president Uhuru Kenyatta. This happened as he toured New KCC yoghurt factory at Ndadora Nairobi. Gachagua claims that it’s indeed sad that milk industry was collapsing due to conflict of interest and state capture. Saying that the previous regime took over all the factories, but we thank God that we have a new government and they will revive all the factories. Gachagua added that together with Ruto, they are not interested with anyone’s milk. They are even farming their livestock.
“Kwanza unajua hii sector ya maziwa ilikuwa imelaliwa kabisa na conflict of interest and state capture . Kama Kuna sector iliumia na state capture ni hii ya maziwa. Hii KCC walijaribu kuuwa ikakuwa ngumu kama wangepatiwa nafasi hii haingesimama. Walienda wakanunua factory zote hii ikasimama. Watu wa Githurai Fresha watu wa Meru ata Limuru wakafunga kidogo wakakata bonus Sasa wameamka.”
” Ilikuwa hii sector mzima imevamiwa kwa hivyo tunashukuru serikali mpya imekuja ambayo haitaki huo ujinga. Kwa sababu Rais William Ruto na Mimi ehatuna interest yoyote Kwa hii maziwa. Interest tu ni Ile kikombe Moja tunaweka Kwa chai. Rais Ako na ngombe wake na Mimi juzi niliweka zangu 19 nataka wafike 35. Niliweka pale Sagana nataka nifungue factory yangu pale kiganjo.” Says Gachagua.
