Prime cabinet secretary Mr Musalia Mudavadi has added his weight into the claim’s by the minority side over interference by President William Ruto in their affair’s. The president has been accused of influencing some of the member’s to decamp to his side thereby disrupting their number’s and operations. Azimio had the majority of the members when Mr William Ruto took over. With time, that would only be on paper as the members agreed to pact’s with the Kenya Kwanza coalition. In the national assembly, bills have sailed through easily as the majority side flexes their muscle’s on the opposition. The most recent being the finance bill.
Mudavadi while defending the President said that the Azimio coalition was only reaping what they sowed. That he would not sympathise with people who are just finding out that they are wearing the shoe on the other foot.
He further adds that the masters of disrupting political parties reside in Azimio and so they have been caught flat-footed in their own game. “Let them reap what they sowed, ” Mudavadi ended.
