President William Ruto is almost completing one year since he was elected as President in much contested August 9, 2022 general election.
Since then the political temperature has been rising in the country with opposition leader Raila Amollo Odinga calling for Anti-government protests across the country.

According to preliminary results, President William Ruto popularity has reduced with only 42 percent of Kenyans saying he is still popular in the country. Majority of Kenyans which represents 58% says President William Ruto and his deputy Rigath Gachagua are not popular as they were.
This may be as result of high cost of living in the country, unfulfilled promises among many problems that are currently facing Kenyans.
