Roselyn Akombe who is a former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission commissioner has broken silence and reacted to the viral photo of the police chasing an elderly woman.
Akombe has posted in her twitter account condemning the act of police chasing old woman saying that they are our elders and they should be respected. The police officers were chasing an old lady during the Sabasaba demos yesterday.
“Despicable!! These are our elders” Akombe’s post reads.
On the other hand the controversial lawyer Miguna has also condemned the act which was displayed by our own police officers.
” I comdemn this in the strongest possible terms! Completely unacceptable!” Miguna posed.
This is not the first time we have seen the police mistreating Kenyans but a trend that has been running for years.
