Nyandarua Senator,John Muhia Methu has taken to his twitter page to react to a post by a popular media house that is Kenyans.co.ke. According to the post, former president Uhuru Kenyatta had said that his son has got three guns.
The 4th president also said that, his younger son has interests in guns and it’s because of his hobby of shooting birds. He says that his son shoots birds at Mwea irrigation scheme to scare them.
The Nyandarua senator reacted by questioning that, even birds you kill them. John Muhia Methu continued to say that, since he is the chairman of the Senate Committee dealing with Wildlife he condemns this Poaching.
“Hata ndege mnaua jameni? As the Chairman of the Senate Committee dealing with Wildlife, I condemn this Poaching.” He wrote.
