Kenyans have been left talking following an incident that happened today to popular cabinet secretary and PS.
Trade CS Moses Kuria and interior CS Kithure Kindiki were among tip government officials who were locked out of State House for arriving late for the signing of performance contracts. He told them that they should furnish him with a written explanation about their lateness, making it clear that they should not use traffic as an excuse.
President Ruto shared that he often calls many PS and asks them what is going on but they have no clue on what is happening in their department. He questioned them how they can run a ministry or department yet they don’t know what is happening.
