Today 26th June 2023 he was in Citizen TV Kenya studios where he has broken his silence concerning the passing of the financial bill 2023 which the president of Kenya His excellency William Samoei Ruto.

Fred Okang’o has claimed that the bill is controversial because it will increase the high cost of living to Kenyans.

The housing levy, according to Fred Okang’o, is now a tax. According to him the views of Kenyans were never factored in but there is nothing one can use because it has already passed.
