Tom Mokaya, the brother of former Chief of Staff in the Office of Deputy President, Ambassador Ken Osinde, is reported missing.
According to reports, Mokaya went missing a few days ago and his whereabouts remain unknown. His car has been recovered abandoned in Kiligoris town in Narok County.
The family is now appealing to Kenyans to volunteer any information that will give leads to the whereabouts of Mokaya.
Mokaya was a former National Treasury officer while his late brother Osinde, was a powerful figure in the office of the now President William Ruto when he served as the country’s Deputy President during the Jubilee Party adminstration.
As Ruto’s chief of staff, Osinde was senior most civil servant in the office of the Deputy President.
Before joining Ruto’s office as Chief of Staff, Osinde served as Kenya’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany.
A career educationist, Ambassador Osinde worked as a lecturer at the University of Nairobi before joining the world of diplomacy as Kenya’s Ambassador to Germany.
