President Ruto has been on a tireless journey to the North-Rift part of the country including Baringo County.
It is in Baringo County where cases of banditry attack are rampant leading to death of both human and livestock.
He had attended the function in Baringo North to issue out 8600 title deeds and confirmed recruitment of 2000 security officers who will be deployed to bandits prone areas in the county.
The president in Kabartonjo added that the bandits have hindered development of the nation in very many ways.
They therefore have no option but fleeing the country, being jailed or face death.
He added that banditry has been a story since independence and we cannot go on talking about it every time as if there is no solution.
That of the bandits dare him, they will face the wrath and will have no option to live.
Once banditry issue is dealt with, schools will run smoothly and the country will be at peace.
