Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has said that president William Ruto should bring back the Ministry of National Guidance and Political Affairs and make it part of deputy president Rigathi Gachagua’s office.

Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has been very vocal and controversial when it comes to Advising president William Ruto and the second in command of the republic of Kenya Rigathi Gachagua.
“At least we know our DP is an early riser and avid jogger. Isn’t it time the dialogue Committee gives an actual executive role to the DP? We can bring back the Ministry of National Guidance and Political Affairs & make it part of DP’s office. (Kenyans born after 1991 may not know we actually had such Ministry). He added.
It’s now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming days if president William Ruto will respond to him or not.
