According to an update by the head of state President William ruto and his prime cabinet secretary musalia mudavadi, they today convened at the Kakamega State Lodge where all cabinet secretaries under the Kenya Kwanzaa administration were present.



From the Images, the economic advisor to William Ruto David Ndii together with the united democratic Alliance secretary-general cleophas Malala were absent from the meeting.

Their absence coming just weeks after taking an oath at Statehouse administered by President William ruto that would see them attend all Cabinet meetings.

This Move by the head of state however faced a myriad of opposition from constitutional experts who argued that it went against the law, when President William ruto made the leaders take an oath to attend the cabinet meetings.

The matter is still active in court and awaiting a determination by a three bench judge, which was convened by the chief justice
