Crowd Burst into Shouts After What Ruto Said About Sending Raila Back to Bondo at Mukurweini Market

President William Ruto ignited the crowd he was addressing today at Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri county after he mentioned Azimio leader Raila Odinga.

This was after the President told the crowd that he will make sure that he sends the seasoned opposition leader home after the much anticipated talks between Kenya Kwanza and the Azimio wing.

Ruto told the crowd that he has already told Raila Odinga that there are two things he will not discuss with him. He said that the issue of handshake and violence are the two issues he has told with Raila Odinga to bring to an end.

“Niwahakikishie, yule mtu wa Kitendawili nitafukisha Bondo. Na tayari nimemwambia maneno mawili. Mambo ya handshake, sijui nusu mkate… Hiyo mambo asahau na asahau (Let me assure you, I will take that Person of riddles to Bondo. And I have already told him two things. The issue of handshake and things of that kind. That one he should forget),” Ruto said amid shouts of support from the overwhelmed crowd.
