The New KRA Commissioner
It is now official that the Kenya revenue authority has a new commissioner general who was appointed into office a few days ago by the head of state President William ruto through the cabinet secretary in charge of treasury.
The new commissioner took an oath of office today in an event that was attended by the registrar of the judiciary together with officials from the Kenya revenue authority who came to stand in solidarity with him.
Humphrey Watanga, who was appointed to steer the Kenya revenue authority to the next height after the term of the former commissioner, came to an end, prompting his appointment by President William ruto.
According to His academic testimonial, he is a graduate of Harvard University in the United States of America, having attained clean A’s when he completed his secondary education in the year 1990, emerging the top student across the country.
