According to the information from an individual who wants to remain anonymous, Ruto is incensed that most, if not all members of his Cabinet, are incompetent and are not performing to his expectations. According to the state house operative, President William Samoei Ruto reached this conclusion because when he went for Cabinet briefings, he appeared to know more about those ministries than his ministers.
The impending Cabinet reshuffle is aimed at introducing functional changes that will ensure that relevant state Ministries and Departments are well-suited to implement various state programmes.
The alleged reshuffle rumor comes three months after the president sacked former Public Health Ministry Principal Secretary (PS) Josephine Mburu after KEMSA allegedly mismanaged a tender of mosquito nets distribution.
