“Bomas is a Sacred Place of Healing” Raila Says, Welcomes KKA’s Proposal Ahead of Tomorrow’s Meeting

The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance leader Raila Odinga has welcomed a proposal by the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Dialogue Team leader Kimani Ichung’wah to hold the anticipated talks in a public place.

Ichung’wah while accompanying President William Ruto in Nyeri on Monday, revealed that he had agreed with the Azimio Dialogue team leader Kalonzo Musyoka, that the talks will take place at the Bomas of Kenya on Wednesday August 9, from 11am.

Earlier Kalonzo in a statement to Ichung’wah had proposed the meeting to take place at Serena Hotel, but the KKA dismissed on claims that if the talks are people-centered, they should be conducted in a public place for instance County Hall or the Kenya School of government.
