Milly Alcock, Emilia Jones, and Meg Donnelly reportedly testing for the role of Supergirl in the new DC Universe.

According to Deadline, DC Studios are preparing to begin the testing process for the role of Supergirl in the DC Universe. In the mix are Milly Alcock (House of the Dragon), Emilia Jones (Locke & Key), and Meg Donnelly (The Winchesters).

Deadline’s report states that the Supergirl testing will take place sometime in the next month, with James Gunn definitely playing a part in the process. The character is set to take the lead of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, but there’s the chance she could make an appearance in another DC project, which is why the studio wants to sign an actress sooner rather than later.
