The purpose of this position is to carry out teaching roles, student mentoring, research and other duties in liaison with the university’s overall goal.

Duties and Responsibilities
● To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
● Supervise or assist with supervision of any research studies, attachment and teaching practice undertaken by the students.
● Providing mentorship and career guidance to students
● Participate in the development, administration and marking of examinations and other assessments
● To handle students’ grievances that relate to their learning needs.
● Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Tourism
● Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism/ Tourism Management degree or in relevant field from a recognised/accredited University in the relevant field
● Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism/ Tourism Management degree or in the relevant field from a recognised/accredited University.
● At least three years of post-qualification work experience;
● Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
● Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
● Master of Education/ Educational Administration degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited University in the relevant field
● Bachelor of Education degree or in the relevant field from a recognised/accredited University.
● At least three years of post-qualification work experience;
● Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
● Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

French
● Master of Education/Arts (French) degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited University in the relevant field
● Bachelor of Education/Arts (French) degree or in the relevant field from a recognized/accredited University.
