The World Food Programme (WFP), the world’s largest humanitarian organization focused on ending hunger, is seeking a highly skilled Beneficiary Services Lead to advance accountability and engagement with the communities we serve in Kenya. This role is crucial for managing beneficiary data, implementing communication strategies, and supporting technical assistance to government partners.

Key Accountabilities:
- Data Management: Ensure beneficiary registration and regular updates align with government safety net programs and corporate guidelines.
- Technology & Compliance: Test, document, and implement new data management approaches while ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations.
- Beneficiary Engagement: Develop and oversee communication channels for beneficiary feedback, involvement in program design, and review.
- CFM Expansion: Strengthen community feedback mechanisms for effective program delivery.
- Government Collaboration: Provide technical assistance to government partners on accountability, community feedback, and data management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in humanitarian and development settings, focusing on beneficiary engagement and accountability.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in community engagement, data management, beneficiary targeting, and providing technical assistance to partners.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical and report-writing abilities, fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Computer Proficiency: Excellent skills in spreadsheets and databases.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead small teams, set goals, and manage performance.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote areas.
