The Marketing Associate for Events and Customer Experience will play a key role in curating and executing successful events for the local market that result:
- Strong brand awareness

This position involves collaboration with the sales team and external partners to grow and enhance strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring all aspects align with brand goals.
- Create engaging customer experiences through events and touchpoints, from conception to reporting.
- Develop and manage event timelines, and budgets, setup branding & merchandise checklists and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and setup.
- Track and analyse event performance, providing insights to optimise future events.
- Develop post-event communication strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications
- Professional Certifications (optional)
- Certification in Event Management or Customer Experience is a plus.
Experience
- At Least 2 years experience in events management

Any in marketing field including CRM, events, online course
Software/Tools Competence
