Job Purpose:
As a Clerk at Unison Sacco, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Teller duties, providing excellent Customer Care, assisting with Loans, and contributing to Marketing efforts. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to the success and growth of Unison Sacco.
Duties:
Teller:
- Efficiently handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to Sacco policies and procedures related to cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all transactions.
Customer Care Officer:
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist members in understanding and utilizing Sacco products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
Loan Assistant:
- Process loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies.
- Evaluate and verify members’ financial information.
- Provide support throughout the loan approval process.
Marketing Officer:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Sacco products.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma in either Management, Co-operative, Marketing, Finance, or Accounts.
- Proficiency in computer operations and applications.
- Thorough knowledge of Sacco Societies products and services.
- Knowledge of the operating environment.

Unison Sacco Hiring – ICT Support Officer
Position: ICT Support Officer
Job Purpose:
As an ICT Support Officer at Unison Sacco, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our information technology systems. Your role will involve providing technical support, maintaining Sacco software systems, and contributing to the development and enhancement of our ICT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science.
- CPA part 1 or a business-related course will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the operation of various Sacco software systems.
- Proficiency in software development and networking techniques.
- Clear demonstration of thorough knowledge of current ICT issues.
