Under the direction of the Director of Evaluation and the supervision of the Senior Evaluation Specialist (Impact and Methods), the Multi-Country Impact Evaluation Specialist will provide technical leadership in developing and implementation of the Impact Catalyst Fund multi-country thematic window/windows, advise UNICEF country offices in the design and analysis of planned and ongoing impact evaluations, and contribute to strengthening institutional and national capacities in impact evaluations.  In this role, the incumbent will contribute to the standardization of methodological approaches and harmonization of tools according to international and sector-specific standards, contribute to the development, validation and scale-up of innovative approaches in rigorous impact evaluations in fragile and humanitarian settings.
