Administrative Assistant (ICT) – REF: TNH/HRD/ADMIN/ASST/08/2024
Overview:
The role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery in the division/department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Draft, type, dispatch, and follow up on internal and external correspondences.
- Facilitate and schedule departmental/divisional meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
- Manage the Head of division/department’s diary.
- Receive and attend to correspondences and follow up with relevant staff.
- File and maintain departmental/divisional documents.
- Request transport for staff.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring capital expenditure budgets.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Secretarial training is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration in a busy environment.
