The IRC is currently hiring for a variety of positions to support its mission:

Construction Assistant: Assists with the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Consultancy to Conduct Safety Audits: Conducts comprehensive safety audits to assess and enhance safety protocols and practices within IRC operations.
Gender Impact Assessment Consultancy: Evaluates the gender-specific impacts of IRC programs and provides recommendations to enhance gender equity and inclusiveness.
Senior Officer, Climate and Environmental Standards: Leads initiatives to integrate climate resilience and environmental sustainability into IRC programs and operations.
Volunteer – WATSAN (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene): Supports WATSAN projects aimed at improving access to clean water and sanitation facilities in vulnerable communities.
Volunteer – Sanitation and Hygiene: Promotes hygiene practices and supports sanitation projects to improve public health outcomes.
Deputy Director, Finance: Manages the financial operations of the IRC, ensuring efficient and transparent use of resources.
Director, Strategy and Measurement in Emergencies: Develops and implements strategies for emergency response, ensuring effective program delivery and impact measurement.
Director, Program Quality and Performance in Emergencies: Ensures the quality and performance of IRC’s emergency programs, focusing on accountability and continuous improvement.
Senior Reproductive Health Manager: Oversees reproductive health programs, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive health services to women and girls.
Supply Chain Volunteer: Supports the supply chain team in managing logistics, procurement, and distribution of goods and services.
Consultancy – Qualitative Research Facilitators: Conducts qualitative research to gather insights and inform program design and implementation.
Nutrition Researcher: Leads research projects focused on nutrition, aiming to improve the nutritional status of vulnerable populations.
Health Technical Advisor: Provides technical expertise and guidance on health program design, implementation, and evaluation.
