The available positions are as follows:

  1. Voice Branch Officer: This role involves managing customer interactions through voice channels, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The Voice Branch Officer will handle a wide range of banking products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
  2. Universal Sales Consultant: The Universal Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales across multiple banking products and services. This role requires identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will work closely with other team members to enhance customer experiences and support the bank’s growth. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of banking products.
  3. Senior Manager, Financial Crime Compliance: This senior role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to prevent financial crime, including money laundering and fraud. The Senior Manager will oversee compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the bank adheres to regulatory requirements. Applicants should have extensive experience in financial crime compliance, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and excellent leadership skills.
  4. Information Technology, Internal Control Manager: This position is critical for ensuring the integrity and security of the bank’s IT systems. The Internal Control Manager will develop and maintain IT control frameworks, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT internal controls, risk management, and audit processes, with a focus on banking and financial services.
