Job Description
- Perform after-sales services to Industrial Boiler Business in Eastern African countries.
- Acts as salesman whilst visiting customers and sell service products like maintenance contracts and spares.
- Handle existing maintenance contracts.
- Supervision and commissioning of new boilers.
- Elaborate reports from each customer visit, with recommendations for spare parts and retrofits.
- Constant liaising with boiler experts in the industrial production office.
- Create customer relationships and guarantee customer confidence in our services.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering.
- Experience in boiler service and maintenance.

- Good communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail driven.
- Team player.
- Problem solving skills.
- High degree of self-motivation & accuracy.
- Great level of flexibility, self-confidence and should be able to represent the company.
