As a Lead Bartender, you’ll become a key part of this team, joining a group of hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering quality and having fun in all that they do.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Bartender:

As Lead Bartender, you will support the Food & Beverage department in delivering a top-tier experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Service Excellence: You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the guest food and beverage experience are managed smoothly. Your commitment to delivering quality service will create a positive atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
  • Team Collaboration: Working as part of a team that values each other’s contributions, you’ll support team members to maximize guest satisfaction and address guest inquiries with prompt and friendly responses.
  • Task Management: You’ll take ownership of assigned duties, managing them professionally and on time, contributing to a seamless Food & Beverage operation.
  • Achieving Goals: You will help meet departmental objectives, such as achieving hotel initiatives and targets, and contribute to the overall success of the Food & Beverage department.
  • Cost & Inventory Control: Working closely with your immediate supervisor, you will assist in managing costs, inventory, and productivity, ensuring all resources are used efficiently.
  • Building Relationships: You’ll establish and maintain positive working relationships, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration in line with Radisson’s values.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: You’ll ensure that all legislative and due diligence requirements are met, maintaining the highest standards for internal and external audits, with follow-up actions taken as necessary.

Requirements of the Lead Bartender:

  • Experience in Food & Beverage Service: A solid background in food and beverage service is essential.
  • Hands-on Approach and Can-Do Attitude: A proactive work style with a positive attitude will make you a great fit.
