Job Summary
PATH Kenya is seeking Temporary Data Entry Clerks to support financial processes for upcoming immunization outreach efforts across Kenya’s 47 counties. Successful candidates must be able to start immediately. Applications will be reviewed, and interviews conducted on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.
- Key Responsibilities
- Data Verification and Compilation: Verify and compile Mpesa data submitted from the field, ensuring accuracy and completeness before sharing it with the finance team for payment processing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records for all Mpesa entries processed.
- Data Transfer: Promptly and accurately transfer data to Mpesa output systems.
- Follow-ups: Liaise with county teams to ensure timely submission of returns, processing, and validation of data to support financial operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: At least 2 years of data entry and data management experience, preferably supporting projects and health facility operations.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Performance Under Pressure: Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
