The Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA), established in 2013 under the NCIA Act No. 26 of 2013, is dedicated to promoting international commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods. NCIA is currently inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following positions:

Important Information

- Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on 12th November 2024. Late applications will not be considered.
- No Application Fees: NCIA does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Notification: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. Successful candidates will undergo necessary background checks with relevant institutions.
- Canvassing: Any form of canvassing or solicitation on behalf of an applicant will result in immediate disqualification.
- Chapter Six Compliance: Selected candidates must fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. This includes providing:
- Original academic certificates
- Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
- Police Clearance (Criminal Investigation Department)
- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
