Position: Toll Attendant

Key Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Toll Attendant, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or higher in any relevant field is required.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
- Basic IT Skills: Candidates should possess basic computer skills, as they will be required to operate toll collection systems and handle electronic payments efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Toll Attendant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Collection of Toll Fees: You will be responsible for collecting toll fees from motorists using the expressway. This involves handling cash transactions, processing electronic payments, and ensuring accurate recording of all transactions. You must be attentive to detail and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with customers.
- Maintaining Facilities: You will assist in maintaining the toll booth and surrounding facilities as per the prescribed standards. This includes ensuring cleanliness, reporting any damages or malfunctions, and assisting with routine inspections to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to motorists is a key aspect of the role. You will need to answer queries, provide information about the expressway, and assist motorists with any issues they may encounter while using the toll. Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are essential.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: You will be required to follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and road users. This includes managing traffic at the toll plaza and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing daily reports on toll collection and any incidents that occur during your shift. Accurate and timely reporting is crucial for maintaining transparency and smooth operations.
