The Nairobi City County Public Service Board (NCPSB) takes great pleasure in announcing the shortlisted candidates for a wide array of positions within the county.

A total of more than 4,200 highly qualified individuals have been shortlisted to participate in the upcoming interviews. The board recognizes the immense interest and enthusiasm shown by the candidates, and we are excited to commence the selection process.

The interview sessions are scheduled to commence promptly at 6 am in the morning to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This decision has been taken to accommodate the large number of candidates and to ensure that everyone is given an equal opportunity.

The interview process will take place over a period of two weeks, starting from the 25th of July 2023 and concluding on the 8th of August 2023. Each day, numerous candidates will be interviewed in order to efficiently evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the respective positions.

The interviews will be held at two different venues, both situated in Nairobi, to cater to the diverse range of positions available:

  1. CPSB BOARDROOM, 2ND FLOOR, CITY HALL
  2. CITY STADIUM, JOGOO ROAD

The CPSB BOARDROOM, located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, will be the venue for interviews. This location has been chosen for its central accessibility and adequate facilities to conduct interviews in a professional environment.

Additionally, to accommodate the substantial number of candidates, the City Stadium on Jogo Road will also serve as an interview venue. The stadium’s vast space will facilitate a seamless and efficient interview process while adhering to all necessary health and safety protocols.

The NCPSB places great emphasis on fairness, transparency, and objectivity during the selection process. Each candidate will be thoroughly assessed based on their qualifications, experience, and aptitude for the positions they have applied for.

Candidates are advised to arrive at their respective venues at least 30 minutes before the scheduled interview time. Late arrivals will not be accepted, and the board urges all candidates to strictly adhere to the provided timelines to avoid any inconvenience.

Furthermore, all candidates must bring the original copies of their relevant educational certificates, identification documents, and any other required documentation. Failure to produce original documents may lead to disqualification.
