Job Requirement
i. Possess a Bachelors of Laws degree from a recognized University.
ii. Be an Advocate of the High court of at least four (4) years.
iii. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
iv.       Possesses a valid practicing certificate.
Job Description
i. Advising, representing, and defending the county in matters of Litigation and ADR.
  ii.       Providing guidance on compliance with court orders, judgments, and decrees affecting the County.
iii. Preparation of briefs, opinions and legal instruments.
iv. Preparing affidavits/counter affidavits in Civil Proceedings by or affecting the County.
v. Preparing and instituting matters in court on behalf of the County.
 vi.       Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
