Education, Skills and Experience

• in the area of specialization
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience at the level of Technologist.
• Computer literacy

                          OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant area of specialization
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at the level of Technologist.
• Computer literacy

Key responsibilities also include

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deputize the Principal Laboratory Technologist where necessary in all technical matters of the department.
• Organize procurement Requirements, installation, usage, maintenance, depreciation valuation and disposal.
• Initiate and execute research activities in the department in collaboration with the academic staff.
• Participate in curriculum development in the department.
• Supervises Staff under their section.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
