Position: Booking Clerk

Duties:
- Help Customers Make Their Ticket Bookings/Reservations: As a Booking Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to assist our valued customers in making ticket bookings and reservations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our passengers have a smooth and hassle-free experience from the moment they decide to travel.
- Handling Customers’ Day-to-Day Requests: You’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Management or Equivalent: We’re looking for candidates with a diploma in a management-related course or an equivalent qualification. This educational background will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Computer Literacy: In the digital age, computer skills are essential. As a Booking Clerk, you will be using various software tools to manage bookings, so being computer literate is a must.
- Experience in Customer Service (Advantageous): While not mandatory, previous experience in a customer service role would be an added advantage. It will give you a head start in understanding and meeting the needs of our passengers effectively.
