Job Description.
Champion a customer-centric approach from order placement to post-sales support.
Manage and motivate a team of operational and sales staff to drive efficiency & growth.
Formulate sales strategies to deliver monthly business and segment targets.
Build and manage relationship with Architects, consultants, builders, contractors etc.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and growth.
Key Qualifications
University Degree in the relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully managing a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding people skills.
