JOB PURPOSE:
Our Client is preparing to undertake the Most Vulnerable Children Mapping (MVC) in the listed counties to identify the vulnerable children and their vulnerabilities within the AP.

REPORTING LINES
The Data Enumerator will be directly supervised by sub county Representative Under the overall
supervision of the County Representative.
TECHNICAL FOCUS
The Data Enumerator will be responsible for collecting field data. They will have direct contact with
respondents and have a great bearing on the quality of data collected and ultimately on the quality of data output.
SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Data Enumerator will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate in orientation and training for planned Data collection activities
- Obtain all the materials needed for each data collection activity which also includes the List of
Scheduled households/groups (target respondents) - Ensure that the questionnaires are dully completed, and data submitted daily.
- Record and summarize qualitative data.
- Share with supervisor and the team on a daily basis data collected.
- Take action pictures while in the field (capture interesting evidences on field activities)
- Ensure that the entire area assigned to an enumerator is covered
- Attend a debriefing meeting to close each data collection activity.
- Undertake other relevant activities as requested.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The desired candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At the minimum, possess a KCSE Certificate. College Certificate, Diploma or Degree will be added
advantage. - Be fluent in the local language, Kiswahili and English.
- Possess good computer literacy skills.
- An honest individual of high integrity.
- Ability to operate smart mobile phones.
- Must be willing to abide by Lightline Core Values and ethos.
- Previous experience in undertaking similar assessments/evaluations will be an added advantage
